Antex Electronics Corporation
warrants that the enclosed product herein to be free of
defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship
during the warranty period, Antex Electronics Corporation, at
it’s discretion, will repair or replace the defective product
when the defective product is returned to Antex Electronics
Corporation by the owner. The remedy for this breach of warranty
is limited to the repair or replacement with a refurbished
product only and shall not cover other damages, including but
not limited to the loss of profit, special incidental,
consequential and other similar claims.
Software
Antex Electronics Corporation
warrants that the physical diskettes and the physical
documentation enclosed herein to be free of defects and
workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the
warranty period, Antex Electronics Corporation, will replace the
defective media or documentation when the defective product is
returned to Antex Electronics Corporation by the owner. The
remedy for this breach of warranty is limited to replacement
only and shall not cover any other damages, including but not
limited to the loss of profit, special incidental, consequential
and other similar claims.

specifically disclaims
all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not
limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose with respect to the defects of the
products. With respect to the use of this product, in no event
shall Antex Electronics Corporation be liable for any loss or
profit or any commercial damage, including but not limited to
special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Some
states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.

Material Authorization Policy
Returns:
All sales are considered final. A 7-day no-questions
money-back grace period is offered from the date of customer
receipt. After 7-days, a 20% restocking charge will be
assessed for product returned for credit. After 30 days from
date of invoice, no credit will be given for returned product.
Certain allowances may be made for product upgrades.
Warranty:
Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. The
warranty covers parts and labor for defects in materials or
workmanship. If within this year you have problems and our
Technical Support Specialists were unable to solve them over the
phone or via email, please contact our Customer Service
Department for an RMA Number or further assistance.
Non-Warranty:
There is a Flat Rate Fee of $250.00 for all evaluations
and/or repairs on our products. Please contact our Customer
Service Department for a Return Material Authorization number.
Should card (s) be Beyond Economical Repair; the customer
shall be notified of upgrade options.
Freight:
Customers with warranty product are responsible for freight
to Antex Electronics. Antex will be responsible for the return
freight of warranty repaired product to the customer using
Federal Express Saver or UPS Ground Services (Customer may
choose between these 2 methods). If faster delivery service
is required, additional freight charges become the customer’s
responsibility.
RMA Turn-Around:
We have a 10-15 working day turn-around period from the
date product is received by Antex. It is possible that certain
repair parts may not be in stock or may be obsolete. In these
instances, the repair period may be extended in order to obtain
the necessary parts.
RMA Open:
The RMA Number is only valid for 30 day’s after
the date of issuance. If product is not received within this
time frame, the RMA Number will be voided and we will not
accept the product in Antex Receiving.
