If you loose your settings in the FTR Software from 4 to 2, please configure your On Board Sound Device as the Default Sound Recording Device in the Control Panel.

1. Go to the Control Panel and then click on Sounds and Audio.
2. Select the Audio Tab.
3. In the Sound Recording section, change the Default device to be the on board sound card (i.e. not one of the DMX8 devices).
4. Click Apply then OK to exit the applet.
5. Run the FTR Reporter Settings Wizard and you will now see the quad option.

Once you follow these steps, you will no longer loose these settings.
