ExhibitOne Chooses Antex DMX USB Mixers for “Complete Reporter” Portable Recording System
ExhibitOne, one of USA’s premier audio/visual integration companies, has chosen the Antex DMX line of USB mixers to be part of its “Complete Reporter” portable court recording system. ExhibitOne has created and put together a portable package of products that provides their customers with a complete recording solution for demanding courtroom requirements. “Complete Reporter” includes FTR Reporter software, Antex DMX-4 or DMX-8 USB mixer, a clock display, microphones, headphones, and even a laptop (with software already loaded and configured if desired). Also included in this package is 24/7 telephone support.
The Antex DMX-8 is a digital recording mixer that connects to a host PC via USB 2.0. The DMX-8 has 8 balanced mic/line inputs that can be mixed down to 2 or 4 channels and digitized. The DMX-4 mixer maintains the same basic features as the DMX-8 mixer, but in a 4-input, very lightweight (1.5 pounds including external power supply!) and compact package.
Kelly Axelsen, Regional Sales Manager for ExhibitOne commented on the company’s need for a portable recording solution. “We needed to develop a system the courts could install quickly and without difficulties; the Antex DMX USB Mixer line fulfills those needs perfectly. The DMX mixers allow the court to save courtroom configuration “scenes” which can be reloaded when the equipment is moved between each room without further tweaking.”
Tim Van Grove, Antex Electronics’ Director of Sales, is equally enthusiastic about ExhibitOne’s selection of their DMX line of USB mixers. “Since ExhibitOne is well known as an audio/visual expert in the courtroom industry, we are pleased to be part of a package that offers end users a recording system to make their jobs easier and significantly more productive.”
