Las
Vegas’ newest luxury hotel installs SRX-3 TriplePlay
SIRIUS® Satellite Radio receivers
Las Vegas, NV – April 2008… In
a town where big and spectacular are commonplace, it’s tough to stand out,
which is precisely why the new Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino is so noteworthy. As
the first new hotel to grace the Las Vegas Strip in almost three years, the
Palazzo re-defines the meaning of “excess’. The $1.9 billion resort boasts
3,066 suites and, when combined with its sibling hotel, the Venetian, the
entire complex tops 7,000 suites—making the collective property the world’s
largest hotel by room count. Wanting to ensure its guests have access to the
type of music and programming they most prefer, the Palazzo is currently in the
process of installing more than thirty-five Antex SRX-3 TriplePlay SIRIUS®
Satellite Radio receivers.
The
Antex SRX-3 TriplePlay is the world’s first
high-fidelity, 3-zone satellite radio receiver using the revolutionary SIRIUS
Satellite Radio technology. Designed specifically to address the requirements
of custom installers and high-end audio or home theater enthusiasts, the SRX-3
TriplePlay makes the ideal choice for inclusion into a multiroom, multizone
audio distribution system. Featuring an intuitive interface for ease of
operation, the Antex SRX-3 TriplePlay installs effortlessly and is built to
last.
With
more than thirty-five Antex SRX-3’s being placed into service—each with the
ability to receive three separate SIRIUS Satellite
Radio channels— the Palazzo will have greater than 100 zones of
satellite radio available. Those areas having access to SIRIUS Satellite Radio include high-roller gaming areas as well
as select luxurious high-roller suites. Of particular note, a number of the
most exclusive suites have as many as six different rooms—each configured as an
independent zone capable of receiving and playing the SIRIUS
Satellite Radio channel of one’s choice.
The Antex SRX-3 TriplePlay SIRIUS® Satellite Radio
